We know it’s early to start thinking about the December holidays, but we are excited that the “almost-annual” UU of SCV Holiday Party will begin taking place again this year. It will be held at Marianne and Leon’s home on December 17th at 7 pm.

It is called an adult party because there won’t be an actual Santa or elves or reindeer (except those depicted on holiday sweaters). However, there will be lots of UU’s having fun.

A favorite event of the evening is the white elephant gift exchange. A white elephant gift is often not something bought, but something that is lying around the house or garage or even left over from a previous year’s gift exchange. The gifts are often amusing and unwrapping them is a lot of fun.
