No, we are NOT losing our new minister. Rather, our minister, Rev. Jason, has taken on an additional part-time position as Executive Director for UU Wellspring, an organization affiliated with the UUA.

UU Wellspring offers a variety of programs for congregations to deepen their spiritual lives and UU identity. Currently, the most popular one is “Love at the Center,” focusing on the shift from the seven principles to the six values with love at the center.

It is possible that this program may be offered at UU of SCV in the future, which would be great! In addition, our congregation may serve to pilot developing programs.
