A Thank You card can be used to express your gratitude for a good deed.

We send the card, and your donation supports the work of the congregation. By completing and delivering this order form with your check, a personalized Tribute Card will be sent to the person or family you wish to honor. We will mail an acknowledgment card to you, the donor.
