Our lives are short and precious opportunities to experience and create. However, not all of this creation is conscious. We all have subconscious patterns that influence our perceptions and behavior. Some of these patterns have been inherited as part of our human nature, and others have been developed in response to our life experiences.

However, when we appreciate the lens we look through, it becomes possible to set it down and widen our perspective. To facilitate this type of introspection, Mary Ruth uses real-life stories to describe common features of our human mindset and ways our perspective can expand.

Mary Ruth Velicki writes and speaks about healing/transformation in a clear and practical way from experience. She has personally healed through debilitating pelvic pain and
childhood trauma and she has helped others on a healing journey as an integrative physical therapist.

She is the author of The Healing Series trilogy. In these books, she describes how to tune in to the body-mind-spirit connection to move out of suffering (Healing through Chronic Pain), enhance psycho-social well-being (Healing with Awareness), and expand awareness (Healing with Spirit).
