Deep Thoughts

So much of our culture through the centuries has used various forms of meditation or deep listening to calm ourselves down or center ourselves when we feel befuddled or anxious.

What are some of the ways you help yourselves to remain calm when you are feeling fearful or apprehensive? You may discover that there are other ways to remain in a state of calm that will aid in finding your center and living your life with more fulfillment than you previously thought. This Sunday morning let us explore how to make ourselves more calm, to live more happy, joyous and free!
