Roselva will be looking at the historical transition of her mother’s times and parallels to the transition occurring today. How did the young people of her generation educate themselves to be activists in their prime and Unitarians in their older years? In her times, conditions were more terrible for working people, yet their struggles were not as frightening in many ways as those we face today. So much has changed in our times, yet the basic resistance to racism and injustice, and the desire for a peaceful and just world remains the same.
