What Fills You Up?

There are so many types of actions that we use to fill ourselves up when we feel as if we are empty without them. Whether it’s going shopping or overeating or spending hours on-line, have we discovered that these actions have really helped us? What can we replace them with? What behaviors can we adopt to strengthen ourselves when we feel that need to fill a hole in us? This morning, we will explore how to fill ourselves up using tools to enrich our lives. There really is a way.
