As the election season heats up, it might be worthwhile to give some thought to how words and the way we use them to frame events can both negatively influence us as well as help us to understand those events in useful and problem solving ways. John Cooper will explore how the concept of framing applies to politics, our congregation and us personally.
John Cooper is a long time member of the congregation and is a retired faculty member of College of the Redwoods, a community college in Humboldt County in northern California.
